Many consulting firms charge $20,000 to $300,000 for these services. D.C. Horizons is absolutely unique to its field. There is a one time application fee of $2000.00, which is refunded if your application is not accepted. If you do qualify for the program, you will be given your market options and upon selection of the location you will simply pay a security deposit to hold your office. All deposits, leases, and purchase buyout figures are disclosed up front before the lease is signed. There are no hidden costs! In fact, the program saves you thousands in travel, build out materials and lost time not in practice.
Property Ownership
The greatest benefit of the D.C. Horizons programs is that all offices come with the option, but not the obligation, to purchase your location after the end of the first lease. D.C. Horizons has even gone the second mile to set up approved financing with a national bank for those doctors who have chosen to purchase.
